Where do I get the tags?

When do I give you my bags for storage?
When your guide picks you up from the hotel, kindly hand over your luggage and bags. Rest assured, we will transport your belongings to our secure storage facility. No need to bring your luggage and bags to our office. We provide pick-up and delivery services for your convenience.

Yes, give your bags and luggage to your guide, and he will have it delivered to Cusco to our storage facility, upon your return from your trek it will be returned to you.
If I'm returning to the same hotel, can I still store bags with AE?
For your convenience, we recommend storing your bags and luggage at the same hotel if you’re returning after your trek. It’s not only free but also the most practical option.
